Funds under management (December 2007) US$ 100 million: US$ 78 millions are committed to be invested in the Nordic region US$ 22 millions are committed to be invested in the international secondary market through Coller International Partners Fund IV and V Anchor Secondary purchases mainly assets managed by a Nordic based private equity managers: Shares in PE partnerships and investment companies, preferably in the buy out and late stage venture segment "Tail End" of private equity funds with minimum two remaining assets Portfolios of direct PE investments that have established markets and positive cash flow "Top up/Last Mile" investments in operating PE funds where Anchor participate in last finance round in funds or single PE investments Anchor Secondary principally invests where a third party manager has the operational management responsibility: In most cases this is the original private equity manager. In the situations where the original manager is the selling agent (i.e. tail end funds) Anchor will appoint or rely on other third party managers to be the operative manager.
